Our current and future beneficiaries
Currrently, from the help offered by our Association, benefit as follows: 33 inpatients at the home mentioned under chapter 5, the first paragraph, and 77 at the home mentioned under the same chapter, the second paragraph. Our Association is continuously tracing and identifying any person that is under circumstances of force majeure in the area of the town, as well as in the neighbouring towns, as well as throughout the country. We are undertaking all these in our interest in offering support to our fellows who live in inhuman conditions, some of them suffering from chronic or untreatable diseases. The Association “Let’s Grow Old Gracefully” – Bucovina is supporting NGOs in any town, as based on a long term commitment, and is offering support for the following categories of persons in need:
- Assisting persons who lack financial and material support, despite age, sex or religious belief
- Assisting sick children and grown-ups, infested with untreatable diseases
- Offering support to any home in Romania where inpatients are sheltered, cared for and treated
- Assisting under-priviledged persons
- Assisting mentally and physically disabled persons
- Material and financial assistance of other NGOs in Romania
- Assisting abandoned children, grown-ups and elderly persons
- Assisting gifted children who lack the material support
- Supporting homes for elderly persons with equipment
- Organising educational trips for poor children and adults
- Material and financial assistance for poor persons and families, who lack any income
- Supporting and organising cultural and educational activities for children and youth
