Home health care services
By the proprietary care services, our Association offers material and financial support to very poor and sick elderly persons, as well as children, as much as we can afford, by means of the home heath care services with the help of qualified personnel in this respect and by all the means we can afford. The persons stipulated under chapter 5, who have a home, but who are yet very poor, sick and abandoned, are offered assistance by our Association through the activity of the Centre of care for elderly persons and children at risk. Our Association is looking after 77 poor persons in Vatra Dornei, of various age, sex and diseases categories. Our centre has qualified personnel, on payroll and volunteers, who are dealing with taking care and treaiting our fellows in need at their own homes. Having in view that in Vatra Doreni there are quite a lot of poor persons, and that our resources are limited, we are in constant need of donations and sponsorships. In order to carry on such activities as: setting diagnoses, treatments and recovery for such diagnoses, we need: 4 nurses with the possibility to travel, medicine, medical equipment for analyses, single-use sanitary equipment, food, clothing, shoes, chamical products for home use.
Jesus Christ was a messenger of hope and of redemption for all those who were had no hope, had He not been. He is still urging the Christians to spread the same old message. Those who are lost and have no hope are indeed those whose hearts are broken, those who are captive, those who are blind, those who are burdened. For such captives who have no more hope, the Gospel of Jesus Christ is most significant. Christians have all the reasons that God shall carry on His work when the news of salvation is preached in this country and throughout the world. He is th One Who has chosen tho save those who do not think, those who are weak, those who are scorned at (1 Corinthians 1:27-29). The world is falling into misdeed. The outcast mankind is tormented by the anguish due to rioting against God. Still, in this world of darkness, of rebellion, of no hope, God is the light that shows His plan of redemption. One day, all those who have changed as dictated by the message of the Gospel, as preached in the darkest places where they lingered, those shall find eternity in a place where “God the Lord shall be the light”.
